| Customer Reviews: Had to be returned for refund August 10, 2010 AL (Santa Clarita, CA United States) Product looked great when it arrived but possibly used. Anyway after following the directions to fully charge the battery it seemed to be what I needed. Unfortunately the power inverter (which is the main reason I bought it) did not work at all. Once I tried it the fuse blew immediately. I went to the store to purchase another fuse and the same thing happened. I therefore had to return the product as defective. Thank you Amazon.com for the quick refund. You are the best!
road pro July 11, 2010 k12rc would have rated it higher but the jumper clips broke the first time I used them
Not a professional unit but works nice. April 5, 2010 Jorge L. Vazquez (cincinnati,oh) Had to send the first unit back because the switch to send power to the cables for jumpstarting had a flaw. It wouldn't stay in position on it's own. Someone had to force and hold it over in order to maintain a connection. Also, the cable clamps require delicate handling. Positive cable snapped in my hand when going to clamp on to post.
The unit feels sturdy otherwise and the overall features are nice so I took a chance and sent it back for another one. It works like it's suppose to. Just have to be aware that this is not a "mechanic grade" unit. It should be fine for most of us casual users. Adding comment on compressor...it takes quite a while to get up to psi. Maybe 2 minutes to get from 38psi to 50psi. Really seems to be working hard during this time.
